《Breaking The Habit》出自欧美摇滚乐团Linkin Park2003年发行的第二张录音室专辑《Meteora》，是此专辑的第九首歌曲。这首歌是团员Mike经过五年多的思考酝酿，献给主唱Chester悲惨过往的一首歌，主唱Chester更在MV中自毁地自高楼坠落身亡、灵魂离体游走象徵自我重生，带领歌迷一探他心中隐藏多年的种种可怕记忆。 此次MV仍然是由团员中的韩裔DJ乔瑟夫策划执导，并由《杀死比尔》第一集中的日本动画小组，以酷似科幻卡通的绘图方式绘製，经过近三个月的製作而完。
